Monogram Coasters in Plastic Canvas- Finished Friday

A few weeks ago I came up with the idea to stitch some monogram coasters. The last 2 nights I finally for around to designing them and stitching. Actually it ended up being design as I stitch lol. So here is what I came up with.

I am making custom sets available in my etsy shop- custom colors and letters of course. I plan to include a box too.

What have you made this week?

Jesus Bookmark Plastic Canvas Pattern- Finished Friday

Tuesday I posted my first crochet pattern- a free flower coaster pattern.  I feel more creative with plastic canvas though, and have written many patterns for that, but only for myself.  However, this pattern is one that I have actually posted for sale on Etsy.  I’m not sure how many of my readers do plastic canvas, but if you haven’t you might like to give it a try!  It’s not an expensive hobby, and it’s really not difficult to learn.  For those that do plastic canvas, here is a picture of my bookmark:

Like the military that I wrote about last Friday, my faith is also very important to me.  However, I will be working on many more patterns of all different sorts, so please keep checking back.  The rainbow coaster that I posted on Wednesday as part of my work in progress now has the pattern available in my Etsy store.  Here it is again, if you missed it Wednesday:

If you or someone you know would like to purchase either of these patterns, they are available for sale in my Etsy shop, along with many other already-made items, such as yarn wreaths, diaper wreaths, tissue covers and more.

Wreaths, coasters and eggs- Work in Progress Wednesday. And linky party?

So what do wreaths, coasters and eggs all have in common? Yarn! And they are all works in progress this week. The eggs are technically finished being stitched, but I haven’t listed them on etsy. Well one set is, but not these. Listing things is a bit of a chore to me. Chore=work. A work in progress lol.

So here they are:

As I said the eggs are all stitched.

These wreaths are waiting for glue and painted letters.

These coasters are a new pattern I just created in the last couple of days. One needs to have the edging finished, and they need a box made. I also plan to write a pattern to sell on etsy.

Then I still have to finish the lid of the Air Force coaster set. I also need to do some price labels for wreaths for this weekend’s craft show. I think I’ll be busy the rest of the week!

What are you working on this week? I would love for you to post your links. And speaking of posting links, I’ve been kicking around the thought of hosting a Thursday linky party. I have no idea what theme or anything yet. What would you like to see? Would you be willing to participate, of do you feel there are enough parties out there?

Joy Coasters- Work In Progress Wednesday

This week I have been trying to increase my inventory so I can have a few in stock of certain items. One of those items is my current work in progress- some Christmasy Joy Coasters.  I came up with this pattern about a year ago, but only got around to making one set.

I will be posting the finished product on Friday, but if you would like to take a peek before then, I have my other completed set listed on Etsy here:  https://www.etsy.com/listing/167611409/joy-christmas-coasters-in-box?

Do you keep multiples of items on hand?  If so, how many do you like to have?

I am excited to be linking up with Work in Progress Wednesday over at Tami’s Amis and Other Creations
