Well, I haven’t had much to say lately, but I just had to pop on here to show you my latest creation! Introducing……
Feathers the Duck!
This is the fist lovey blanket I’ve ever made, and I’m so excited that I created it myself! Maybe I’ll figure out how to write a good pattern and not just my shorthand ways lol.
I’m going to use him as a basis to create some more animal loveys, so stay tuned!
Have a terrific weekend!
Well, it’s been a while since I’ve written last. We were on a month-long vacation out west, which was wonderful, then it was getting home and settle back in, and then laziness I suppose! So it’s time to get back to it! But I have definitely been busy crafting the entire time! Hopefully over the next few weeks I’ll get to show you most of what I’ve been up to.
For today, I’m sharing this adorable baby girl gift set that I just finished yesterday- complete with a stroller blanket, hat and scratch mittens!
The blanket pattern can be found at http://www.examiner.com/article/waves-of-color-easy-baby-blanket-to-crochet
The mitten pattern can be found at http://patternsforcrochet.co.uk/baby-mitts-usa.html
The hat pattern is my own that I made to coordinate with the blanket! I’m so excited to be finally creating some of my own patterns. I’m trying to decide if I want to write up the pattern to put on Etsy or not.
The gift set can be found in my Etsy Shop, as well as just the hat/mittens as a set, or even the hat by itself! Here is a direct link to the listing: baby girl set. I also have some done in a yellow/white and green theme which is great for a boy or girl! Go check them out!
